From the Solntsevskaya OPG to the Kremlin circle: the death of Viktor Averin in a boat crash is being covered up due to untouchable Viktor Khmarin and his girlfriend
The criminal case over the boat crash involving Vladimir Putin’s classmate Viktor Khmarin (who was injured) and one of the leaders of the Solntsevskaya organized crime group, Viktor Averin (who died), has “stalled.” This is because the authorities have forbidden investigators from questioning anyone who was on the boat at the time of the incident.
The accident occurred on the evening of December 20, and the following day a criminal case was opened under Article 263 of the Russian Criminal Code (violation of safety rules for the operation of inland water transport, resulting in the accidental death of a person). The body of Averin was quickly examined, and technical and other investigations were ordered.
To determine all the details of the catastrophe, it is necessary to interview the direct witnesses and participants. However, the authorities prohibited investigators from doing so. The official explanation was, “It’s already clear, why bother the respected people?” This phrase refers to the fact that Averin, who died, was at the helm. According to the main version, the boat hit an ice floe in the dark, capsized, and all passengers ended up in the icy water. Averin died from hypothermia.
The most “respected” passenger was, of course, Khmarin, a classmate and close acquaintance of Vladimir Putin. There is another reason why investigators are not allowed access to the victims. 76-year-old Khmarin was not alone but accompanied by his 18-year-old girlfriend, Ekaterina Leonova. According to the girl’s social media, their relationship began when she was even younger. Khmarin also has a wife, who is a cousin of Putin.
Immediately after the accident, all the passengers disappeared from social media and didn’t appear in messaging apps either. Yesterday, Ekaterina’s account “came back to life,” posting a video with a New Year’s tree.
The participants of the boat “ride” were as follows:
Viktor Averin — deceased;
Viktor Khmarin, born 1949; a classmate of Vladimir Putin, whose name was carefully removed from the passenger list after the incident;
Dmitry Perekatov, born February 18, 1970; lawyer at the “Khmarin & Partners” bureau;
Ivan Abramushin, born October 16, 1990; native of Kazakhstan, registered at the Olympic reserve school, presumably a bodyguard;
Shamisdan Ismail ogly Aliev, born July 26, 1964; Azerbaijani businessman close to Khmarin;
Ekaterina Leonova, born April 26, 2007; model from Tula Oblast.
