За какие преступления Сталин в 1940 году расстрелял 21857 «польских офицеров», подданных СССР?
Весной 1940 года в Катыни и нескольких других местах спецподразделениями НКВД были расстреляны 21857 польских офицеров. Однако при ближайшем рассмотрении оказывается, что далеко не все они были офицерами, далеко не все были чисты перед законами СССР, да и гражданами Польши они тоже уже не были. В общем и целом расстрелянные «польские офицеры» ничем не отличались от тех, кого Сталин приказывал расстреливать во время «Больших чисток» 1937-1938 гг.
Сегодня я хочу рассказать о том, зачем Сталин расстрелял в 1940-м году в Катыни более 20 тысяч польских офицеров, и почему не только нынешняя Россия, но и даже Советский Союз не должен нести за это преступление никакой ответственности – ни политической, ни моральной. Ну, разве что только перед историей, но никак не перед Польшей.
Очень многие из тех как бы любителей истории очень осуждают и Сталина, и большевиков в его лице за то, что весной 1940 года по приказу узурпатора были расстреляны 21857 человек, которые считаются польскими офицерами, захваченными Красной Армией в сентябре 1939 года при вторжении в восточную часть Польши.
Да, имеется более-менее подробная информация по составу этих «офицеров», но она почему-то интересует только специалистов, которые пользуются ей исключительно в своих узких целях, но распространять ее очень широко не стремятся. Поэтому у обычного обывателя, который слышал об этом расстреле, и создается впечатление, что Сталин – преступник, совершивший тяжкое злодеяние против Польши.
Да, вроде бы неприятный момент нашей истории, но, с другой стороны, удивляться тут нечему. Ведь были же уже до этого «Большие чистки» 1937-38 гг., когда Сталиным и его подручными было «зачищено» поистине огромное количество «врагов народа», но это все внутреннее дело СССР, к тому же многие интересующиеся историей вполне резонно допускают, что большинство жертв получили наказание правильно. Ведь ни для кого не секрет, что немалая часть расстрелянных сами были палачами, немалая часть была обыкновенными высокопоставленными ворами и «красными» коррупционерами, а часть и на самом деле была троцкистами, иностранными шпионами и отъявленными вредителями. Не следует забывать, какая международная обстановка в те времена была, да и внутренняя тоже была нестабильной – врагов у Сталина и партии большевиков была масса.
Вот тут-то появляется первое соображение: все расстрелянные были гражданами СССР. Ну, советских паспортов им органы НКВД, конечно же, не выдавали, может, просто не успели. Солдаты польской армии, младшие офицеры и все остальные чиновники мелких рангов, которые сразу же после вторжения попали в тюрьмы НКВД, были или распущены по домам, если их дома оказались в зоне советской оккупации, или были переданы немцам в германскую зону оккупации.
После этого до начала Великой Отечественной прошло еще более полутора лет, как территории Восточной Польши вошли в СССР, и можно не сомневаться в том, что все поляки, которые остались, получили советское гражданство. Автоматически получили гражданство СССР и те польские «офицеры», которые были впоследствии расстреляны, а те, кого СССР передал Германии, наверное, получили гражданство Третьего Рейха. Ведь государства Польша уже не существовало, соответственно для пленных могло быть только два гражданства – германское или советское.
Таким образом мы видим, что расстреляны были граждане не Польского государства, а СССР. Другой вопрос – за что именно, но по вопросу гражданства можно ставить точку. Расстреляли советских граждан, которых можно смело причислить к жертвам «Больших чисток», к которым Польша не имеет никакого отношения.
Второе соображение – расстреляны были далеко не все офицеры. Например, когда в августе 1941 года Сталин создал 75-тысячную польскую армию под командованием польского же генерала Андерса, тоже находившегося в советском плену, то для него все же отыскалось около 2 тысяч не расстрелянных польских офицеров.
Очень скоро было решено не использовать эту армию на советско-германском фронте, она была выведена через Иран на Ближний Восток и впоследствии приняла участие в войне в составе британских войск. Естественно, вместе с ней покинули СССР и польские офицеры.
Но далеко не все. Дело в том, что вскоре Сталин начал формировать еще две польские армии по 100 тысяч человек каждая, и эти армии воевали уже в составе Красной Армии, в том числе брали Варшаву и Берлин. Для этих армий тоже нужно было много польских офицеров. Естественно, часть офицерства была рекрутирована из младших чинов, прошедших соответствующее обучение, но весь командный костяк польских армий состоял из множества опять-таки не расстрелянных офицеров, захваченных в плен в 1939-м.
Спрашивается, почему Сталин расстрелял только часть польских офицеров, но не расстрелял другую их часть?
Вот тут-то и появляется третье соображение. В 1939-м в советский плен попали не только армейские офицеры, но и множество не военных чинов, которые могли бы быть приравнены по статусам к офицерству. До Катыни и других мест каззней «добралось» и большое число полицейских, жандармов, чиновников администрации высокого ранга, священнослужителей и прочих подобных. Но расстреляли, кстати, тоже далеко не всех, кого-то отпустили, а кого-то промурыжили в тюрьмах и лагерях НКВД до конца войны.
А кого же расстреляли?
Ясно, что так как все захваченные Красной Армией, но не переданные Германии, стали гражданами СССР, то и относились к ним как к гражданам СССР. Среди новоявленных таких граждан было множество явных врагов Советской Власти, которые совсем не скрывали своего к ней отношения. Мало того, многие офицеры были титулованными аристократами, которые открыто ненавидели сам пролетариат, из-за чего были убиты красноармейцами сразу после пленения, даже не успев попасть в руки НКВД.
Конечно, самые сообразительные пленные свое негативное отношение к пролетариату и Советской власти скрыли, потому и выжили. А вот те, кто закусил удила – те и попали в жернова. Если ты стал советским подданным и не хочешь умереть, то не должен как минимум выглядеть врагом, а тем более заклятым, а тем более в сталинскую эпоху.
Но не только дураки попали в плен, но и реальные преступники. Например, НКВД выявило большое число бывших участников советско-польской войны 1919-1921 гг., но не простых, а тех, которые проходили тогда службу в лагерях для советских военнопленных. Сохранилось множество документов тех лет, в которых описывались зверства польской охраны концлагерей по отношению к красноармейцам, причем часто по наущению начальства. Как итог – из 130 тысяч советских военнопленных выжили только 60 тысяч, да и то многие из них вернулись домой калеками.
Для сравнения – из 40 тысяч польских военнопленных умерли в русском плену всего 2 тысячи, а 38 тысяч вернулись домой в Польшу. Проблема была в том, что поляки пленных русских ненавидели, а русские пленных поляков просто жалели, считая их братьями по классу, угнетенных польскими буржуями. Отсюда и преступное отношение поляков к пленным, которое привело к такой высокой смертности красноармейцев. И когда многие их этих поляков попали, в свою очередь, спустя 20 лет, в плен к русским, НКВД очень быстро выявило всех этих негодяев, многие из которых за долгие годы получили офицерские должности или прочие высокие чины. Ну, итог вполне закономерен.
Кстати, Красная Армия захватила и множество всяких диверсантов, которые устраивали пакости в тылу Красной Армии. Тоже офицеры, кстати, если не все, то многие, а часть из них вполне официально работала на британскую разведку – специалисты из НКВД это тоже вычислили очень быстро. Ну, а жандармы пошли под сталинский нож все поголовно, и никаких смягчающих обстоятельств ни у одного из них не могло быть по определению. Зато и они были офицерами.
Кстати, генерал Андерс, прежде чем попасть в плен к Красной Армии, очень отчаянно против нее сражался с остатками своих войск, и даже наносил ей немалый ущерб в живой силе и технике. Но он почему-то не стал «врагом пролетариата» и не был расстрелян, хотя до революции дослужился до чина капитана Генерального штаба русской, то есть царской армии. Затем он стал польским офицером, активно участвовал в советско-польской войне 1919-1921 гг., потом служил в польской армии и дослужился до генерала. Но НКВД не нашло у Владислава Андерса никаких признаков враждебного отношения к Советской власти, хотя он участвовал в двух войнах против нее.
Также никаких грехов против себя Советская власть не нашла еще у многих тысяч плененных польских офицеров, среди которых были очень видные представители польской офицерской касты. Но Сталин их расстреливать не стал, содержал в прекрасных условиях, а потом взял и доверил им три армии и оружие, совершенно не боясь, что они повернут его против СССР.
А вот 21857 «офицеров» все же попали под раздачу. И хотя там настоящих офицеров было раз-два, и обчелся, все равно сегодня Катынь ассоциируют именно с «расстрелом польских офицеров», всячески негодуя на то, что пленных расстреливать – это преступление.
Конечно, пленных расстреливать – это преступление по всем законам, и уголовным, и моральным. Но проблема-то в том и заключается, что те офицеры, которые были расстреляны, к весне 1940 года уже не были военнопленными, а были советскими подданными – ведь Польши к тому времени уже не существовало, и Сталин с Гитлером поделили всех поляков невзирая на их отношение к Третьему рейху или СССР.
И как только этот раздел был произведен, тут-то и началась сортировка бывших польских граждан на «хороших» и «плохих». И те, кому «повезло» стать «плохим» - тот и поплатился за это головой. И поплатился он не за то, что был каким-то там офицером, потому что офицеры как класс Сталина не интересовали.
Сталину совершенно не были нужны новые граждане СССР, которые этот СССР не только ненавидели, но и прямо заявляли даже в глаза следователям из НКВД, что всячески будут своей новой родине вредить. Ну и что с такими было делать? По ГУЛАГам распихивать? Такие не перевоспитываются, это вам не затурканный крестьянин, которого можно просто запугать. Польского националиста не запугать никакими карами.
Да, я тоже думаю, что расстрел – дело очень нехорошее. Но тут опять-таки следует учитывать эпоху, которая стояла на дворе в то время. Началась Вторая Мировая война, в которую тем или иным способом были вовлечены даже мирные страны. СССР сам стоял на пороге этой войны, и все это понимали. А тут в руки Сталина попала такая куча всяких идейных врагов и просто уголовных элементов – первые грозили всяческими преступлениями, которые они совершат в будущем, а вторые их уже давно совершили. А Сталину все равно было кого расстреливать – идейного троцкиста и заговорщика Каменева или польского врага пролетариата, германского шпиона Тухачевского или польского жандарма, уголовного преступника Ежова или мелкого польского изверга, запятнавшего себя убиййствами красноармейцев в концлагерях.
Для справки: в результате боевых действий в сентябре 1939 года в плен к Красной Армии попало почти 500 тысяч человек. Как вы думаете – обычных граждан в плен берут? Вот и я думаю, что не берут. Но не обычных граждан в плену оказалось 500 тысяч. Из них 370 тысяч вскоре распустили по домам, и в лагерях НКВД осталось 130 тысяч «самых подозрительных». Интересно, что среди этих «подозрительных» было много пожарников, но ведь пожарники – это практически военные люди, думаю, что взяли в основном офицеров.
Впоследствии немалая часть из этих 130 тысяч была осуждена на разные сроки за «стремление к восстановлению независимости Польши», часть была отпущена, а вот 21857 поляков все же расстреляли. Наверное, это были уж самые «неисправимые» подданные Сталина.
